New test collections now start with quarantining enabled. Previously, creating a test collection required a separate step to enable quarantining in the collection’s Settings page. The default was off, so uploads to a new collection were unprotected until an admin remembered to toggle the setting. The default is now on. Test collections created after this change have quarantining active from the moment they are created. Auto-Quarantine Flaky Tests remains off by default; turn it on separately when you are ready to automatically quarantine flaky tests in that collection. Existing collections are not affected. If quarantining was already disabled for a collection, it stays disabled. Collection-level quarantining settings explains how to view and change the setting for any collection.
